Meet our staff
Tim Terry, Founder & Director of Development
Tim was released from prison in 2002 and has since devoted his time to designing and implementing programs and service to help other ex-offenders successfully reenter their communities. His Christian faith-based programs focus on character development and learning to live a life that does not lead back to prison. Tim’s long term vision is to establish a national presence through FreshStart Visions validating how redemption and reconciliation can change the world for previously incarcerated people. With a focus on transforming the heart, mind and soul of a person (INSIDE) Tim leads ex-offenders to achieve a place back into society (OUTSIDE) as transformed, productive, tax-paying citizens who become part of their local communities prepared to help others who are on a similar journey.
